How do trials work?
Standard drivers run for 60 days on each controller without a licence. Reinstalling the driver does not restart the trial. Installer Utilities have no trial.
Replacing a controller
Each project token is locked to one master controller. You may transfer it to a new controller once every 12 months from the project page. For an earlier transfer, contact support.
What happens offline?
Licensed drivers keep running for 30 days without an internet connection. When the controller reconnects, it checks in and carries on.
Lost the Auth Token?
Generate a new one from the project page. The old token stops working immediately, so enter the new one in the Authorization Driver.
